English: New power systems are exhibiting development trends such as high penetration of renewable energy, high proportions of power electronic equipment, and AC/DC interconnection. The power quality characteristics across the source-grid-load-storage chain are undergoing profound changes. The integration of massive power electronic devices characterized by high nonlinearity, deep coupling, and random fluctuations gives rise to new phenomena and features in power quality issues—broadband, strongly interactive, and penetrating into the transmission network—posing severe challenges to power quality analysis and optimization. Therefore, conducting research on key technologies such as power quality monitoring, simulation, analysis, and control in the context of new power systems, breaking through fundamental power quality analysis theories and methods, and innovating solutions are of great significance for building new power systems with high-quality electricity.
