Abstract / 论坛简介

English: The construction of the new power system is an important pathway to achieve China's "dual carbon" goals. With the integration of high-proportion renewable energy, the complexity of the power system increases significantly. The new power system must not only meet reliable operation under normal conditions, but also maintain necessary functions under extreme weather conditions to ensure safe and reliable power supply. Under the general trend of global climate change, extreme weather events such as typhoons, heavy rains, extreme cold, and high temperatures are occurring more frequently. Enhancing risk assessment of the new power system and strengthening its resilience evaluation have become inevitable requirements for its development. This special session focuses on core technologies including risk assessment and deduction of the new power system, recovery mechanisms under different extreme events, definitions and evaluation frameworks of new power system resilience, resilience-oriented operation optimization and emergency recovery, applications of data-driven methods in risk assessment and resilience enhancement, and engineering practices and case analyses of new power system resilience under extreme events. It brings together domestic and international experts from industry, academia, and research to exchange the latest theoretical achievements and engineering technologies in the field, break through the technical bottlenecks of risk assessment and resilience enhancement of the new power system, and comprehensively improve the security, stability, and efficient operation capabilities of high-proportion renewable energy power systems.

中文: 新型电力系统的构建是实现我国"双碳"目标的重要途径。随着高比例新能源的并网,电力系统复杂性显著增加,新型电力系统不仅要满足正常环境下的可靠运行,还需要在极端天气条件下维持必要的功能,保障电力安全可靠供应。在全球气候变化的大趋势下,台风、暴雨、极寒、高温等极端天气频发,提升新型电力系统风险评估、强化新型电力系统韧性评估水平,已成为新型电力系统发展的必然要求。本分论坛聚焦新型电力系统风险评估与推演、不同极端事件下新型电力系统的恢复机理、新型电力系统韧性的定义与评估框架、面向韧性提升的新型电力系统运行优化与应急恢复、数据驱动方法在风险评估与韧性提升中的应用、极端事件下新型电力系统韧性工程实践与案例分析等核心技术,汇聚国内外产学研专家,交流领域最新理论成果与工程技术,突破新型电力系统风险评估与韧性提升技术瓶颈,全面提升高比例新能源电力系统的安全稳定性与高效运行能力。
