2. Abstract / 论坛简介

With the deepening of China's electricity market reform, diversified demand-side entities such as electric vehicles, virtual power plants, and industrial loads are increasingly participating in electricity markets. Awakening dormant flexibility resources on the demand side not only positively promotes structural optimization and resource allocation in electricity markets but also provides new momentum for the safe and stable operation and green transition of new power systems. However, these flexibility resources are often dispersed and exhibit complex nonlinear characteristics. How to efficiently aggregate these flexibility resources and accurately characterize and regulate their market participation behaviors has become a key issue of common concern in academia and industry.

This forum aims to explore efficient aggregation, accurate modeling, and coordinated operation of demand-side flexibility resources in market environments, and discuss how to fully utilize demand-side flexible regulation capabilities through theoretical and technological innovations and policy support, thereby releasing the value of demand-side resources through market-oriented approaches.

随着我国电力市场化改革的不断深化,电动汽车、虚拟电厂、工业负荷等需求侧的多元主体越来越多开始参与到电力市场中。唤醒需求侧沉睡的灵活性资源不仅对电力市场的结构优化和资源配置起到了积极推动作用,也为新型电力系统的安全稳定运行和绿色转型提供了新的动力。然而,这些灵活性资源往往较为分散,且模型呈现复杂非线性等特征,如何高效聚合这些灵活性资源,并对其参与市场的行为进行精准刻画与调控已成为学术界和业界共同关注的关键问题。
